“Since the end of the conflict, 20 Azerbaijani citizens, including 9 civilians, have died as a result of mine explosion”, said President of the International Eurasian Press Fund Umud Mirzayev, General Consultative Status with the ECOSOC at the United Nations at the press conference held today, APA reports.

He noted that 85 citizens have seriously injured including 8 civilians: “The lives of 20 mine victims could be saved. Armenia did not do that.  Planting of the mines by Armenia, that endangers human life, is a war crime”.
