400 more Azerbaijani citizens evacuated from Russia to homeland

Evacuation of 400 more Azerbaijani citizens, stayed in the Dagestan Republic of Russia has been provided today, APA's northern bureau reports.

Our compatriots have been brought to Azerbaijan by passing through the "Samur" border-crossing point with Russia by buses.

They have been accommodated in the admission and sorting station established near the Samur border crossing point situated on the territory of Gusar region – on the border with the Russian Federation by the Ministry of Emergency Situations, and have been carried through relevant medical check. The conditions have been created at the admission and sorting station for simultaneous accommodation of 1200 people, the sanitary and hygienic requirements have been fully satisfied, all necessary measures have been taken regarding nutrition, provision with hygienic supplies, etc.

The re-examination by medical brigades functioning at the admission and sorting station of MES and temporary stay under quarantine regime here of the persons who have passed initial medical examination at the border crossing point is ensured.

Also the evacuation to the specially allocated relevant local hospital is envisaged for making a more exact diagnosis of the persons in whom any suspicious symptom has been detected.
