The construction and major repair works are being implemented in 8 general education institutions subordinated to Baku City Education Department (BCED), Baku City Education Department told APA.
It was noted that also 6 new schools are being built on the needy territories. The works of construction of 3 of those schools are nearing finalization.
Currently, the complete demolition and construction over again of senior secondary schools ## 205 and 154, the major repair of main buildings and the demolition and construction over again of old buildings of senior secondary schools ## 90 and 97, the major repair of and construction of sports hall, library and extra classrooms in senior secondary school # 122, the demolition and construction over again of old building of senior secondary school # 155 are being continued.
Also the construction of extra building for senior secondary school # 251, and the construction of new building on other territory for senior secondary school # 216 are being implemented.
Also, the minor repairs and the engineering and communication works are implemented in all needy education institutions.
The fast finalization of all construction and repair works implemented in schools of the capital city has been envisaged.
