AFSA Chairman: "Reason for poisoning of BSU students of toxic origin"

"The criminal trial is continued regarding the case of poisoning of students of Baku State University", Chairman of Azerbaijani Food Security Agency Goshgar Tahmazli said in a statement to journalists, APA reports.

He said the reason of the death cases was not a poisoning of food origin, but a toxic poisoning: "Another issue is related to law enforcement bodies. In this regard, the law enforcement bodies and the AFSA will give common clarification after the completion of the trial."

The chairman noted that the information on the poisoning case was distributed in the media very hurriedly. Some reporters described this case as a food poisoning.
