The Board of the Accounts Chamber has discussed the Auditor’s reports about results of financial and compliance audit of utilization of the funds allocated from budget to State Support Fund for Mass Media Development (SSFMMD) under the President of the Azerbaijan Republic, APA reports.
It has been decided to send to the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Azerbaijan Republic the materials related to non-compliance with requirements of the legislative acts about state procurement operations by the senior state officials, utilization of funds for purposes other than intended, violation of construction norms and rules, issuance of aids to mass media outlets in violation of requirements of legislation, and the misdeeds revealed in other cases in accordance with clause 26.2 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic “About Accounts Chamber”.
