Activity of courts to be fully resumed in cities and regions of Azerbaijan, where strict quarantine regime is applied, from tomorrow

^{Activity of courts will be resumed fully in cities and regions, where a toughened special quarantine regime is applied, from August 20, Supreme Court told APA.}

^{Taking into consideration recommendations of the World Health Organization (WHO) related to prevention of danger of spread of coronavirus infection (COVID-19) in the Republic of Azerbaijan and decision of the Cabinet of Ministers in relation with softening quarantine regime in the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan, courts will be recommended:}

^{1. Beginning from August 20, 2020, acceptance and consideration of all cases in the courts functioning on the administrative territory of Baku, Jalilabad, Ganja, Masalli, Mingechevir, Sumgait, Yevlakh cities and Absheron, Barda, Goranboy, Goygol, Khachmaz, Salyan regions where the toughened special quarantine regime is applied should be fully resumed.}
^{2. In all courts of the Republic of Azerbaijan:}
^{2.1 Other necessary issues arising from recommendations of the Task Force under the Cabinet of Ministers regarding the working regime of judges and employees of administrative office of court should be solved;}
^{2.2 As the reception of citizens has been suspended, the reception should be implemented only by means of phone, mobile and internet communication;}
^{2.3 The functioning of courts should be implemented in accordance with necessary social behavior and sanitary and epidemiological rules determined by the Task Force of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan. During the period of presence of judges, employees of administrative office of court and citizens in court buildings, the use by them of protective masks, and their compliance with personal hygiene and medical prophylaxis rules, as well as social distancing should be ensured. The disinfection works should be regularly conducted in administrative buildings of courts and the protective and hygienic supplies should be provided.}
