Activity of public catering facilities in beaches in Baku, Sumgait cities, and Absheron district, where toughened special quarantine regime applied, has been allowed, APA reports citing decision No 336 of the Cabinet of Ministers "On additional measures regarding special quarantine regime", dated September 12, 2020.
Ban on activity of pools, water attractions, and water sports places in the territory of beaches remain in force.
Note that according to the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers "On additional measures regarding toughing special quarantine regime" dated August 4, 2020, activity of beaches was allowed, excluding pools, water attractions, water sports places and public catering facilities in the territory of beaches.
The decision will come into force from 06:00 a.m. on September 14, 2020.
