Providing of an adopted child, as well as a child with limited health opportunities under 18, with a monthly benefit is suggested in Azerbaijan, APA reports.
An amendment to the law “On social benefits” is suggested in this regard.
It is also determined in which cases the adopted child will be given a benefit. Benefit for the adopted child will be provided for those who adopt a child, who lost his/her parents or deprived of parental care, at the age of 3-18, as well as who has limited health opportunities at 0-18 ages (when a valid court decision on the adoption of a child is submitted) from January 1, 2020.
