Afag Aliyeva: “Some shortage occurs, because of people buy excessive mask from pharmacies” - UPDATED

“No coronavirus case has been recorded in Azerbaijan. No need for so much use of mask, it causes agiotage,” Deputy Director of the Republican Center for Hygiene and Epidemiology of Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Health Afag Aliyeva said, APA reports.

According to her, coronavirus spread in different countries around the world: “It makes some concern in people. There are people who arrived in Azerbaijan China, Iran since January, but the virus was not found. Those who already have a fever are also being examined, and when they cross the border they are kept in quarantine.”

A. Aliyeva said that people buy excessive masks from pharmacies and it causes some shortage: “I think that relevant bodies engaging in provison will take it into consideration, and there will be enough masks in pharmacies in upcoming days.”
