Payment of aid to citizens whose houses were completely destroyed or became unusable during the Patriotic War ends

98.2% of the assistance meant on the order “On payment of financial assistance regarding the damage caused to the civilian population as a result of the aggression of the armed forces of the Republic of Armenia against the Republic of Azerbaijan since September 27, 2020" issued by the Cabinet of Ministers in order to ensure the implementation of the order of President Ilham Aliyev dated December 14, 2020, was delivered to the citizens. Issues related to citizens who have lost their documents and have problems with their documents, as well as those abroad, are also being addressed,” said the spokesperson of the Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan told APA.

He noted that on the basis of subsequent appeals of the population, up to 2 000 facilities were viewed in Ganja and Tartar, information collected and calculations are being conducted.

“State Committee for Architecture and Urban Development has already determined the companies which will conduct construction works, preliminary preparation works are underway in the sites,” I. Mammadov added.
