“Azerbaijani citizens are recommended to refrain from traveling abroad, except necessary cases,” said Hikmat Hajiyev, Assistant to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Head of Foreign Policy Issues Department of the Administration at a press conference of Task Force under the Cabinet of Ministers, APA reports.
He noted that the second, third outbreaks of the pandemic are occurring in the world countries: “There can always be cases of closure of flights, borders between countries, and re-strengthening measures, repeated unilateral steps by other states, in which case Azerbaijani citizens can stay abroad."
