“In Spring charter flight was organized in order to bring students from Hungary. The second flight happened in July,” said today Hikmet Hajiyev, Assistant to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Head of the Foreign Policy Department of the Presidential Administration at the press conference organized by Task Force under Cabinet of Ministers, APA reports.

He noted that it was planned to send a plane with 240-seat by AZAL: “More than 200 citizens were registered in the Embassy. However, some of the citizens refused while the plane was sent. Even we provided some financial aid to citizens within the framework of the diaspora and embassy. Maybe they refused to come due to imposing of strict quarantine regime in the country at that time. Even we appeal to the citizens when they come to country that there may be changes in the rules of return of those countries.
