“Our society is quite serious, and I believe that they will comply with quarantine rules”, said today Ulvi Mehdiyev, chairman of the State Agency for Public Service and Innovations under the President of the Azerbaijan Republic at the press conference of the Task Force under the Cabinet of Ministers, APA reports.

The agency chairman said some time ago, there was the SMS system for obtaining a permission: "70-80 percent of the applications for permission received during the initial days were irrelevant SMS messages. Later on, as a result of public reprimand and the taken measures, such actions were prevented. Due to such appeals of unserious persons, the necessary SMS message of another person was received with delay. And now we call on citizens not to refer to 108 Call Center and drugstores in unnecessary cases. Thanks to this, the persons with really urgent needs would be able to immediately reach the phone numbers of those facilities ands to voice their problems and the state structures would be able to provide assistance to them”.
