“If we look at the last week, we will see that the second wave has begun to stabilize by the end of this week”, said Ramin Bayramli, chairman of Management Board of the Administration of Regional Medical Divisions (TABIB) at the press conference organized today by the Task Force under the Cabinet of Ministers, APA reports.
R. Bayramli said it is not clear what is ahead us in the upcoming week: “Our conclusion as of today is that we can’t calm down at all, the rules should be strictly complied with”.
