"A decision on addressing an appeal to the 192 communities within the federation has been adopted at the meeting of the Task Force of the Azerbaijan Red Crescent Society today. The appeal will be in the form of calling. We will want these anti-humanist acts to be condemned unequivocally and these steps to be condemned by the international sphere”, Deputy of Azerbaijani Parliament, President of Azerbaijan Red Crescent Society Novruzali Aslanov told APA.

N. Aslanov said that as a result of the event that occurred yesterday in Ganja numerous civilians died and injured: “There are women and children among them. At the same time, one of those killed in that incident is a volunteer from our society. Yesterday we informed all the bodies in this regard. Our volunteer Mustafayev Maharram passed away while carrying out a humanitarian mission. Along with this our two volunteer girls injured and they were provided with medical assistance. All of these show that the opposite side does not follow any international law. I come to the conclusion that they even do not intend to follow. It is aggression not only against Azerbaijani people but also against all world community, international norms, and against all principles.”
