The procedure for imposing a fine for violating the rules of stopping and parking is being changed in Azerbaijan, APA reports.
This has been reflected in the proposed amendment to the Code of Administrative Offenses, which was discussed in the first reading at today's meeting of the Milli Majlis
According to the amendment, drivers cannot be brought to administrative responsibility twice within a day for violating the rules of stopping or parking.
Note that the amount of fine for violation of stopping or parking rules is 20 AZN.
The draft law was put to a vote and adopted in the first reading.
