Azerbaijan establishes field hospital tents to test persons coming from Iran

Measures are being taken to prevent the spread of coronavirus in the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Headquarters under the Cabinet of Ministers told APA.

According to the decision of the headquarters established under the Cabinet of Ministers, field hospital tents of the Ministry of Emergency Situations will be established to organize a preliminary screening of persons crossing the border with the Islamic Republic of Iran.

Those who pass preliminary screening and have not been diagnosed will be able to continue their way without any obstacles. When symptoms of the disease are found, they will be sent to hospitals under medical supervision.

The headquarters under the Cabinet of Ministers noted that the sanitary-epidemiological situation in Azerbaijan is under strict control and the population will be regularly informed about the work being done in this direction.

Note that Azerbaijan has established a headquarters under the Cabinet of Ministers consisting of senior officials of the relevant government bodies and agencies in order to prevent the danger that coronavirus can cause on the territory of Azerbaijan, to carry out preventive and urgent measures.
