Azerbaijani Economy Ministry has commented on the increase in the price of medical masks, the Ministry stated in answer to APA’s query.
As it is known, the demand for medical masks has increased recently.
Medical masks are imported from foreign countries to Azerbaijan. Price rises in these countries has effected retail prices of these masks in Azerbaijan: “However relevant investigations on price changes, occurred in consumer market are being conducted by the State Service for Antimonopoly Policy and Consumer Right Protection by the Ministry of Economy and measures, relevant to legislation, will be taken when artificial price rise is determined.”
