“The issue regarding beggars is very essential”, said Fazil Mustafa, Deputy, National Anti-Human Trafficking Coordinator while discussing annual information at the meeting of the Azerbaijani Parliament (Milli Majlis) held today, APA reports.

He said as quarantine regime regarding coronavirus has been softened, beggars flow to streets:

“I suggest establishing shelter for beggars and giving them food for three times in a day on the account of state. Those, who refuse being a beggar, should be released from the shelter. Now you can see beggars in any street you go. In this way it is possible to remove them from streets and corrective them.”
