Azerbaijani community in Qatar has issued a statement on provocations of Armenia, State Committee for Work with the Diaspora told APA.
The statement strongly condemns the gross violation of the ceasefire by the Armenian Armed forces on September 27 and the continuation of provocations still.
The statement reads that as a result of deliberately shelling civilians and civilian facilities in the territories along the frontline by Armenian Armed Forces, there are dead and injured among civilians and servicemen, numerous houses, and civilian objects have been seriously damaged. Armenian Armed Forces deliberately targets civilians and it is a clear indication of a gross violation of international humanitarian law, including the 1949 Geneva Convention.
