A group of Azerbaijani doctors, living in Germany, has officially appealed to the Regional Director of the World Health Organization Dr. Hans Henri P. Kluge regarding provocation, committed by Armenian armed forces in the Tovuz direction, Chairman of German-Azerbaijani Radiological and Neuroradiological Society, doctor of medical sciences at the University of Cologne Clinic Nuran Abdullayev told APA.

He said that Director of the Organization has been informed on the armed provocation of Armenian armed forces on border, gross violation of the ceasefire, as well as firing civil people in the appeal. It has been noted in the appeal that Azerbaijan has been suffering from Armenia’s invasive policy for many years in the official appeal: “Armenia’s next aggressive steps are unacceptable in the condition of such a war like coronavirus, which dominates in the region and whole world. I think at this difficult time when the world is struggling with COVID-19, the enemy's desire to strike at us in a peculiarly insidious way must be seriously condemned by healthcare organizations. In this regard, I and some partners, living in Germany, have already appealed to the World Health Organization WHO Regional Director Dr. Hans Henri P. Kluge. We called on the official to support Azerbaijan and deliver the fact of Armenia’s injustice in such situation to the whole world from the central office of the WHO once more. I think it is high time for delivering Armenia’s provocation to the whole world from the main office of the WHO. In that way, we will show Armenia’s real face in not only political, but also medical field to everybody. I think measures in this direction should be started without a delay and WHO Baku office should also demonstrate its support in this work.”
