BTA appeals to drivers and pedestrians in regard to foggy weather

“Currently, the fog is observed along the Heydar Aliyev Avenue-Airport-Zagulba trunk highway, Buzovna-Shuvalan and Bilgah-Pirshaghı highways, as well as on the adjacent territories. Taking this into consideration, we recommend the drivers to be extremely careful and to comply with the prescribed speed limit”, the Baku Transport Agency (BTA) told APA.

The report says the special attention should be paid to the distance between vehicles in such a weather condition.

“At the same time, we ask pedestrians to use pedestrian crossings while passing onto the opposite side of the motor road”, the report notes.
