Nobel Avenue and the part of Zykh Highway up to the Jamshid Nakhchivanski Military Lyceum in the Khatai district of the capital have been renamed November 8 Avenue, Baku City Executive Power told APA.
Establishment of Victory museum in this avenue in future. where Military trophy park is located, will be advisable.
It has been noted that in recent years significant changes have been made through extensive landscaping and reconstruction work in this avenue. With the addition of the part of Zykh Highway to the Military Lyceum named after Jamshid Nakhchivansi to this avenue, its length increased by about 10 km, and thus the avenue has become one of the largest avenues in Baku.
