It has been known when citizens have a right to leave their residential places or place of being without sending SMS and getting permission through E-TABIB mobile application, APA reports.
It has been reflected in the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers on "Toughening special quarantine regime in the Republic of Azerbaijan from December 14, 2020".
According to the decision, on the case of a direct dangerous situation for life and health of a person; if a person is called to court or law-enforcement body (on the basis of document on calling to court or law-enforcement body), that person has a right to leave his residential place and a place of being without sending SMS or getting permission through E-TABIB.
