President Ilham Aliyev has approved changes proposed for the law About employment, APA reports.
Thereby, the rules of organization of renumerated public works have been changed.
Based on the law, the agency (institution) determined by relevant executive power agency irrespective of type of its ownership and its organizational and legal form will organize temporary employment of persons looking for a job by involving them in renumerated public works provided that the percentage of the unemployed persons involved in labor activity at enterprises and the unemployed persons involved in public works in relevant administrative and territorial unit during one year wouldn’t exceed 20%.
