“The educational needs should be determined, condition of existing educational infrastructure should be evaluated, and the plans should be developed regarding the organization of activity” said Deputy Minister of Education Firudin Gurbanov at the video conference on the subject of "Sustainable and individual development of youth in the liberated territories" held by the initiative of the Youth Union of the New Azerbaijan Party (NAP), APA reports.
According to him, 993 educational institutions, including 259 pre-school education, 673 general education, 40 out-of-school, 14 vocational education, 7 secondary special education have operated in the liberated territories before the occupation.
