A driver may not be brought to administrative responsibility for leaving the scene, if there is no dispute between the parties to determine the person responsible for the accident and there is no damage to health as a result of the accident, an amendment is proposed to the Code of Administrative Offenses, APA reports.
According to the draft law, a new 7-1 article is proposed to be added to the Code of Administrative Offenses.
According to the draft, article 327.6 of this Code will not be applied to a departure of a driver from the scene of an accident if there is not a dispute between the sides to determine the person responsible for the accident and the health is not harmed as a result of the accident.
