Elsevar Aghayev: “Laboratories will be established for testing syringes”

“As all medications sterility of syringes is also tested by Ministry of Health and its standards have been determined,” Deputy Health Minister Elsevar Aghayev told APA.

He said that the standards of syringes produced in Azerbaijan have been determined: “When it comes to the opinions of some organizations and NGOs in connection with the prohibition of three parts syringes, there is not such a ban. Such kinds of syringes are used in all over the world. Therefore, it is not right to mislead the population with the claims that 3 parts syringes are fake. Syringes produced in Azerbaijan are two parts by modern requirements. The standards of these syringes have been confirmed by the relevant institution of Azerbaijan.”
