She said that openings in catering facilities will be carried out within the framework of certain rules: "Working of the catering facilities will be allowed within the framework of certain hours. At the same time, entrepreneurs have a duty to control customers' use of mask while entering, if they do not have a mask, entrepreneurs should provide it. Employees, working inside, should also use a mask. The administrative fines will be imposed for violation of requirements shown in the rules. There are certain areas of activity whose functioning is not permitted at all. The legally determined sanctions will be implemented against business units carrying out prohibited activity. We request entrepreneurs to abide by the mentioned requirements”.
