From September 15, the higher education institutions will start functioning in distant mode, said minister of Education Emin Amrullayev at the press conference held today in connection with organization of activity of education institutions during the period of COVID-19 pandemic, APA reports.
According to him, it has been planned that the students admitted to the 1st year will attend certain universities and higher education institutions beginning from October for the purpose of acquaintance and in traditional manner: “And from October 15, the teaching activity in full time mode of study will be started in some specialties, for instance, medicine, engineering, etc. in these higher education institutions. And this issue may be reconsidered from November 2”.
