"Financial payments of doctors, arrived abroad, are projects, carried out on the basis of cooperation among Azerbaijan and these countries", said today Hikmet Hajiyev, Assistant to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Head of the Foreign Policy Department of the Presidential Administration at the press conference organized by Task Force under Cabinet of Ministers, APA reports.
He said that it is also a result of mutual assistance process, adopted in the international platform: "Relations among states should be taken into consideration here. As we help, other countries may also help us. Such kinds of cases are very positive tendency."
