“There is no necessity opening of libraries because of the suspension of educational teaching and learning process in all educational institutions,” said Ramin Bayramli, chairman of Board of Administration of Regional Medical Divisions (TABIB) at the press conference of the Task Force under the Cabinet of Ministers, APA reports.

He said that the opening of shopping malls depends on analysis.

Ibrahim Mammadov, the head of press service of Cabinet of Ministers noted that the bans on large shopping centers and malls remain in force: “Opening of these facilities has still been suspended because the infection threat is very high in these facilities. The infection increases in the relaxation process. Therefore the behavior of people in the process of exiting from quarantine should be more self-defense habits. In this case, we can go towards the opening of large shopping centers. However, increase of infection cases does not allow the opening of large shopping centers.”
