According to the instruction, chief inspector of the Department of Organization of Educational Work conducts individual talks on labor and household security with prisoners who have 3 months to their end of sentence and will take the necessary steps.
As well as he will conduct talks with each prisoner on issues on preparation work on his labor and living conditions as well as preparation works on his release will prepare information on convicts released in accordance with the legislation on execution of sentences to be sent to local executive authorities and the State Employment Agency under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population.
