“The serious growth occurred in number of students receiving education at the expense of the state in Azerbaijan in recent years”, said Jeyhun Bayramov, minister of Education at the press conference of the Task Force under the Cabinet of Ministers, APA reports.
The minister noted that 66 percent growth occurred in number of students receiving education at the expense of the state in 2019: “Number of such students has increased from 12,300 to 20,500. And the number of students receiving education at the expense of the state has been increased to 22 thousand by decision of the Prime minister for the next year”.
