The appeal has been made, to reduce working hours in state institutions on Friday this week. Our citizens should consider that except duty pharmacies, including groceries all shopping centers will be closed. Citizens should not panic. We appeal to the stores to extend the working hours. Let people meet their necessary needs. On Saturdays and Sundays operating of several areas necessary for life is envisaged. The ambulance and emergency services will work on those days too. The information on the areas that are necessary to operate will be given tomorrow when the decision is made. A limited number of our citizens will be allowed to leave via SMS. Leaving will be allowed only in special health conditions for appealing to hospitals.”
