Matin Karimli, Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Protection of Population of Azerbaijan has been appointed to the post of Director of the Office for Pacific Island Countries of International Labor Organization (ILO), the Ministry told APA.
Matin Karimli, who will start his new position duties at the end of January of 2020, will be the first Azerbaijani citizen, working in such a high position in ILO system.
Matin Karimli has been working at the post of Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Protection of Population of the Republic of Azerbaijan since February of 2014.
