"We have conducted an investigation on non-activity of public transportation and lessons at schools on Saturdays," said Minister of Education Emin Amrullayev while answering questions on "Education during pandemic", APA reports.

According to him, they try to place lessons in 5 days: "We are trying not to have lessons on Saturdays as much as it is possible. We do not have such a great problem regarding schools students, because most of them do not use public transportation to go to schools. This figure hesitates around 80%, more in some of them. The issue regarding teachers is serious. I ask that school directors and teachers regulate the issue. The teachers, who do not use public transportation, live nearby schools, should be taken into consideration. Number of our schools, which operate on Saturdays, is very few."
