“Opening of education in hybrid rule in secondary schools depends on our following sanitary norms, protecting social behavior rules and demanding it from others,” said the head of the General and Preschool Education Department of the Ministry of Education Vafa Yagublu, APA reports.
She noted that if it is possible to decrease the infection to ceratin level during less than a month ahead, schools will operate in the usual way too: “Otherwise not. Task Force will determine it at final,” she added.
