More than 6,6 thousand foreign students study in Azerbaijan

In 2020-2021 academic year, 442 people gained the right to study abroad within the framework of Intergovernmental Scholarship programs, according to the report of the Cabinet of Miniters regarding 2020, APA reports.

This scholarship program covers the countries such as China, Hungary, Romania, Russian Federation, Latvia, Kazakhstan.

38 people have been accepted for studying within the framework of Educational grant for the Organization of Islamic Cooperation and the Non-Aligned Movement.

More than 6,6 thousand foreign students from more than 90 countries study in the higher and secondary specialized educational institutions of Azerbaijan.
