Number of people, received protective order in three months of this year in Azerbaijan, disclosed

Number of people, received a protective order in the three months of this year in Azerbaijan, has been disclosed, the Ministry of Justice told APA.

It was noted there have been 26 execution documents regarding protective orders at disposal of local executive bodies of the Executive Service of the Ministry, each of them is a short-term.

According to the information, execution of 14 of these documents has been provided, 5 of them have been removed as they did not meet requirements of Article 7 of the law “On Execution”, while executive measures are continued on 7 of them.

Note that issuance of protective orders to those, who have been subjected to domestic violence has started since 2013.
