The control measures are being continued by the Food Safety Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan on food products imported to the country, the Agency told APA.

650 tons of onion products, which are produced by "ТИМУР" individual entrepreneur operating in the Republic of Kazakhstan and imported to Azerbaijan by TechnicAz LLC, have been inspected by the Agency's inspectors.

The agency decided that the products are unfit for consumption and the sale of that product batch was not allowed.

Currently, the appropriate measures are being conducted within the framework of legislation.
