“In order to eliminate passenger density (crowding) in buses people should stay at home”, said today the head of the press service of the Cabinet of Ministers Ibrahim Mammadov at the press conference organized by the Operative Task Force under the Cabinet of Ministers, APA reports.

I. Mammadov said 3,073 people have violated special quarantine regime during a day: “There are sufficient number of buses, and if necessary the extra buses are released to route line. There are cases of obtaining permissions in illegal ways. Many state agencies are recommended not to give permissions to over 30 percent of their employees. But the state agencies include in the list of permissions even the names of the employees who are not demanded at work and create conditions for their leaving home. There are also cases of issuance of great number of journalist cards. The buses have been calculated for number of people who will go out in streets. The mass media outlets, state and private entities creating conditions for any people's leaving home are being controlled, and this misconduct will also be punished without fail”.
