Outpatient, emergency and urgent medical care at home for people infected with coronavirus will be provided by the Ministry of Health, inpatient treatment by TABİB, APA reports.
A number of measures are being taken in Azerbaijan to improve the control of the sanitary-epidemiological situation and strengthen the fight against the coronavirus pandemic. One of the next important measures is to provide quality outpatient, emergency and urgent medical care, as well as inpatient treatment to people infected with a new type of coronavirus (COVID-19), to pay special attention to these areas and to strengthen the implementation of processes.
Hygiene and epidemiology, quarantine-organizational, as well as preventive measures in new coronavirus infection hotbeds in Baku during the special quarantine regime, provision of outpatient and emergency and urgent medical care to people infected with new coronavirus infections will be implemented at home by the Ministry of Health.
It is planned to involve health workers working in the above-mentioned areas of hygiene and epidemiology in the detection of new types of coronavirus outbreaks and the organization of medical care in these centers.
Inpatient treatment of people infected with a new type of coronavirus will be organized by the Management Union of Medical Territorial Units (TABIB), a public legal entity.
The measures taken to combat the coronavirus pandemic are aimed at strengthening control over the sanitary-epidemiological situation in the country.
