"The main bodies responsible for compliance with the adopted rules are the city and district executive powers, law enforcement agencies - the Prosecutor's Office, the Interior Ministry, the State Security Service, health structures and entrepreneurs in the areas where their activities are permitted. Entrepreneurs will be fully responsible for infections in the areas where they are allowed to operate," said Prime Minister Ali Asadov at a video conference on the quarantine regime of the Task Force under the Cabinet of Ministers.
He noted that if there is an increasing trend of infections in cities and regions, the city and district authorities, as a coordinating body, should further strengthen control mechanisms: “The process is controlled by the Head of State. The government will report to the President on a regular basis. "
