The issue of the procedure of leaving home by foreigners and stateless persons on days of the special quarantine regime has been disclosed, APA reports.
This is stipulated in the decision of the Task Force under the Cabinet of Ministers.
It was noted that the SMS message reflecting the series and the number (MYI (DYI) 1111111) of the certificate permitting temporary or permanent residence on the territory of the Azerbaijan Republic should be sent to number 8103 for the foreigners or stateless persons temporarily or permanently living in the Azerbaijan Republic, while the SMS message reflecting the series and the number (MOM 1111111) of the decision about extension of period of temporary stay should be sent to number 8103 for the foreigners or stateless persons whose period of temporary stay on the territory of the Azerbaijan Republic has been extended. For example, in order to leave residential place and place of stay in connection with necessity of purchase of food and other everyday products, as well as medicinal preparations, and use of banking and postal services the SMS message reading as 2 AZE 1111111 should be sent.
Note that one of the below mentioned two indexes should be indicated in the SMS message:
● Figure 1 – to leave the place of residence to seek urgent medical assistance or undergo scheduled treatment (permission is granted for three hours within the district and city. If there is a need for travel between districts and cities, the distance between the residential address and the address of the destination, as well as the duration of treatment are taken into account. The time of return is established by a certificate issued by the doctor, which, if necessary, is submitted to the police);
● Figure 2 – to leave the place of residence due to the need to use services that have been allowed (permission is granted for three hours once a day);
