“We should continue to use masks until the majority of the population is vaccinated,” said today Ramin Bayramli, chairman of Board of Administration of Regional Medical Divisions (TABIB) at the press conference of the Task Force under the Cabinet of Ministers, APA reports.
According to him, it is especially important to know that immunity is two-dose in most vaccines: “Antibodies appear at least 2-3 weeks after the second dose. From this point of view, one should not relax that he/she gets vaccination and cannot be comfortable. No, unfortunately, we have to wear masks to protect both ourselves and those around us until the vaccination of the population is over.”
