"The first stage of coronavirus is being experienced in the world now", said Head of Board of TABIB Ramin Bayramli at the press conference of the Task Force under the Cabinet of Ministers today, APA reports.
R. Bayramli noted if rules are followed, epidemics' hot points will be removed: "Otherwise, the second wave of the epidemics may come in winter months."
R. Bayramli drew attention to that in recent weeks the cases of reinfection after 7 days are increasing: "Specialists think that mutation can cause it. That is why many issues regarding mutation and the second wave are under question."
