Readmission process between Azerbaijan and European countries postponed

Based on the international obligations assumed by Azerbaijan within the readmission agreements (European Union, Kingdom of Norway, Republic of Montenegro and, Swiss Confederation) signed last year, the re-admission of our citizens living abroad has been continued, according to the report of the Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan on activities in 2020, APA reports.

The document says that this process was postponed due to the suspension of entry and exit to the territory of the country after the application of a special quarantine regime (as well as by mutual agreement with the judicial authorities of the other states).
