Special plan being prepared for restoration of international flights and opening of borders

“Quarantine institutions can receive 200-500 people for a week. If we exceed this figure, there may appear some problems in medical examination and treatment”, said Ramin Bayramli, Chairman of Board of Administration of Regional Medical Divisions (TABIB) at a press conference organized by the Task Force under the Cabinet of Ministers, APA reports.
According to him, there are some people, evacuated from Russia and other countries by air transport, among 1139 quarantined people currently.
Ibrahim Mammadov, head of press service of Cabinet of Ministers noted that there are people gathering in the Russia-Azerbaijan border.
I. Mammadov stated that a special plan regarding the resumption of international flights and opening of borders is being developed: “The flights with which countries to take place, will be reflected in this program. First of all the flights to Nakhchivan will be resumed. The process of developing the program is expected to be extended until June 15. The plane carrying 174 people will come from Istanbul in the evening today, and they will be placed in quarantine.”
