State Committee: our 19 compatriots return to Azerbaijan from Poland

Due to COVID-19 pandemic, the operative task force established under the State Committee on Work with Diaspora continues its activity for provision of possible support to our compatriots living abroad and if necessary, their evacuation to Azerbaijan, the Committee told APA.

With the support of the State Committee on Work with Diaspora and by the initiative of the head of the Council of Azerbaijanis of Poland (CAP) Farid Jafarli, on March 26, our 19 compatriots returned from Warsaw to Azerbaijan.

“Currently, our 19 compatriots have been placed at quarantine in accordance with the existing quarantine rules in Azerbaijan", the report notes.
